Dr. Helle's highly developed sensitivity enables her to sense the energy fields (auras) of her clients, both in person and over the phone. In doing so, she can determine which energy centers are blocked, and utilize healing techniques to open the blocked centers, and facilitate rapid growth and change.

Academically, Dr. Helle received her bachelor of science degree from Santa Ana California. She then received her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the American Institute of Hypnotherapy. Dr. Helle is also a certified practitioner of spiritual "Healing Touch," a method taught and trained by nurses and approved by the Colorado Nursing Association.

She has served as Vice President of the Washington State Hypnosis Association.
